Monster Cat takes its name from bakeneko which means supernatural cat in japanese, their music is inspired by this supernatural characteristics they make their music sound this way using layers of different sounds and harmonies creating a powerful yet smooth sound. Must admit the vocals ruin it for me a little bit.
