I´m in love with this Japanese musical duo, they write what they call “tiny songs.” They had trouble sleeping and would stay up late composing and recording lullabies making use of whatever they could: xylophones, keyboards, music boxes, sine tones, harps, toy drums, ukuleles, cymbals, shakers, wood blocks, pillows, whispers, heartbeats, bubbles, and, as they put it, “a lot of daydreams.”
Innovative, fresh and sweet, a song for every occasion, learn more about them: http://www.lullatone.com/
My personal favorite: The Best Airplane Ever.
